At STS we approach the design and installation of M&E services with the use of standardisation and modular techniques and yet recognise the importance of individuality. Through our excellent supply chain management structure, we have forged partnerships with suppliers and key sub-contractors across the country.

From overall supply chain solutions, project management services, to energy auditing, value maintenance and repairs, STS works closely with our customers and consultants to enhance the overall performance and provide demonstrable cost certainty, whilst increasing the life span of the essential equipment our customers rely on.

In pursuit of quality and efficiency all works conform to NICEIC, HVCA, CORGI, ISO 9001: 2000, CHAS, Safe Contractor and Construction Line. Since our formation, we have adopted a Customer First Approach and all our staff is aware that the customer is the most important person in our business. This we believe has resulted in steady growth and our extensive contract project base.

Health & Safety

STS Building Services Ltd has an excellent reputation for maintaining a consistently high standard of Health & Safety across all its operations. The company is fully committed to the training of senior management, site management, operatives and trainees. This is demonstrated by our CHAS and Construction Line accreditation.

The Directors of STS are committed at the highest level to the implementation of Health & Safety. Our Policy is signed and agreed at Board level, the policy identifies key senior personnel charged with overall co-ordination and implementation of the policy. The policy commits STS to plan, monitor and review health and safety performance to an explicit plan, ensuring a high level of safety at all times. Senior managers are actively involved in implementing the policy, through direct involvement in site set-up and project management.

With fully experienced and suitably qualified technicians Health & Safety is of paramount importance to our clients, the public and our staff. We pride ourselves with an exemplary record and operate a zero tolerance to unsafe working practices.
