STS are glad to annouce the incorporation of a well known and respected Company Major Refridgeration & Air Conditioning Services Ltd as part of our group strenghtening our expertise in this area and to offer our clients a direct service within this specialist field. Incorporated in 1985 M.R.A.C. brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our Company and strenghens our resource within South West Midlands and South Wales.

Incorporating Ford Electrical Limited - Evesham

In October 2009 STS Building Services was proud to incorporate Ford Electrical Limited to strengthen our servicing capabilities within the Midlands. Established in 1991 Ford Electrical brought on board a wealth of knowledge and experience. With nearly 20 years of trading in the Electrical Industry the Company is firmly committed to providing the finest Sales and Service in the Midlands and South West Area.

STS becomes a Daikin approved contractor

In February 2009 STS formed a partnership with Daikin Air Conditioning UK. This will benefit both STS and our clients offering a quality manufacturer for both stock and bespoke systems.

This partnership has proved to be a succesful step forward for the company, offering our clients a quality product at competitive rates, speciailist design in-put and excellent customer care.

STS becomes a Paxton Access Control registered installer

In September 2008 STS become an approved registered installer of Paxton Access Contol Systems.

This provided many benefits to the Company including gaining a competitive edge and providing our clients with peace of mind using a quality product with excellent after sale back-up.
